training

I was chosen by my boss to attend these 4 days of SPP training..its more kinda like 5s or etika kerja or..wat we called customer services satisfaction..basically its all about we as promoters need to supervise our subordinates to practice n apply the concept which is we have to smile everytime to our patients..courtesy,polite n blah2 yg sume positif attitude la..the point is sometimes we feel bad mood or anger in our workplace but still we need to be courteous to our patients..huh mcm hipokrit la plak! so kalau dah keje dgn org ni especially patients kenela tahan maki..especially in private sector! kalau gomen lantak ko la..kite tengking balik pun ok jek..heheheh so..these are wat the challenges that we have to face..with good n warm hearted to overcome any problems..humm..bestnya org yg x payah berurusan dgn org..i mean keje dgn mesin jek..so in this workshop we have to say out loud the whole class example words yg positive 'mesti mesti mesti buat!' saya boleh boleh boleh! yes sir yes sir! when i said it out loud dlm ati 'aduh malasnya nak buat !' hehehhe..

wuish ada ke kat gomen kita boleh tengking ptn balik. mana boleh na. kene jawab la complaint letter, tindakan tata tertib semua. sama je. people-service oriented mana2 pon serupe..
