for the first time in my life last week went to feet reflexology at carefour subang.sbb promotion tulis besar FEET REFLEXOLOGY $20 1/2 an hour.so apelagii nak try ahh.

suasana yg kelam..membuatkan jiwa menjadi malap..heheh

tapi rupanyaaa sakit nak mampuih diurutnya!now i know y patients told me makin sakit kalau buat traditional massage..i know they know the technique but the method should release the pain,not increase the pain.huhu aku punyela sket2 menjerit nasib baik xde org..hehehe teknik urutan dh bagus..tapi org urut tu guna bahagian tangan yg salah di bahagian kaki yg salah..contohnya guna knuckles at dorsum of feet..wohooo sakit ohh kalau guna thumb with deep pressure i can accept that!hurmm anyhow esoknya aku punye tendon archilles sakit n jln terhencut2.uwaaaaaaa
