How your baby's growing:

Your baby's sensory development is exploding! Her brain is designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing, vision, and touch. Some research suggests that she may be able to hear your voice now, so don't be shy about reading aloud, talking to her, or singing a happy tune if the mood strikes you.Your baby weighs about 8 1/2 ounces and measures 6 inches, head to bottom — about the size of a large heirloom tomato. Her arms and legs are in the right proportions to each other and the rest of her body now. Her kidneys continue to make urine and the hair on her scalp is sprouting. A waxy protective coating called the vernix caseosa is forming on her skin to prevent it from pickling in the amniotic fluid.

Labour pain

Lately my sleep disturbs by bad dreams about pain during labour.. i wonder how many women out there able to cope the greatest pain in their life? in fact research done showed that females able to tolerate more pain than men! its proven with my male patients..sket2 nak nangis bile kene kepak tangan or kaki..hehehh but i better pull my words! coz i think labour pain is more than what i think n feel when other people told me..org yg dh melaluinya pun dunno how to express with the words hmmm...i think its like trying pulling your tounge n touch your nose! cubela buat kalau dapat sampai!hahah aku rase Gene Simmons from the KISS jek yg dapat buat!hmmm...dlm Quran pun ade ckp ade dua jenis yg paling sakit di dunia
1) sakit ketika melahirkan anak
2) sakit ketika nak mati..
wah..it seems like at the end of the day im the one who have to push out the baby even already comfort by hubby..hmm... n i wonder mcmana anak luar nikah yg beranak tanpa gi hospital..n infact they can deliver healthy baby with 3kgs..are they psychologically strong which they really force themselves to push the baby or otherwise kantoi with other people? or are they just lucky?hmm..frankly speaking we dunno our fate yet..n now i already traumatized with the deliver process! belum lagi beranak dah takot!uwaaaaaaaa pray the best for me :) no wonder...our mother is so strong to face the life if they have pain or grief..coz they had experienced the worst pain in their life not once..even yg ada 7 kali!hehhe n yet i already experienced unbearable backpain twice!

Etika ketika batuk dan bersin

As our country haunted by swine flu H1N1..i think we should play our role for hygiene purpose in order not to spread the disease or getting the disease from other people..just simple step to be taken is to cover ur mouth or nose when u cough or sneeze! i had a colleague who coughed a lot last time (boleh di maafkanla coz time tu dia mmg batuk2) but the point is she cough continuously n not cover her mouth while talking to me..*sigh* automatically crossed my mind that time was.. i was asking to myself 'mak ko x ajar ke tutup mulut tu?' i dunno why suddenly mak plak yg kene ajar..heheh coz i think if their parents didn't teach their children since small..sampai besar pun x tau..n the best damn thing is i bear with her bad habit for 1 week! nak tegur takot kecik ati plak..but this is what we call adab ketika batuk! lu pk la sendre! n i really thankful to my mom coz always remind me to cover my mouth when I cough..skrg baru dia nak sedar kene tutup mulut bile poster etika batuk n bersin ni tampal dgn meluasnya di hospital aku..plezzz la wei u already grown up wat!

lagi satu citer is about my patient 21 yrs old lady diagnosed with bronchitis which produce lotss of sputum..bile aku nak buat chest physio kat dia..n when i asked her to cough n ludah kahak.. she replied to me ' akak saya tak pandai ludah kahak'.. i was like damn! ko duduk planet mana ni? umur 21 tahun x pandai buang kahak? n again dlm kepala otak aku ni ' mak ko x ajar ke buang kahak?!!' sungguh memalukan & memeranjatkan aku! no wonder she looked so ill + her face lots of pimples n menggerutu with her skin..mcm org yg x jaga kebersihan diri..n the best part was she told me ' mak saya x pernah pun ajar..dan saya pun x tau mcmana nak ludah' n i was like FUCK U OFF DUDE!

How your baby's growing:

Head to rump, your baby is about 5 1/2 inches long (about the length of a bell pepper) and he weighs almost 7 ounces. He's busy flexing his arms and legs — movements that you'll start noticing more and more in the weeks ahead. His blood vessels are visible through his thin skin, and his ears are now in their final position, although they're still standing out from his head a bit. A protective covering of myelin is beginning to form around his nerves, a process that will continue for a year after he's born. If you're having a girl, her uterus and fallopian tubes are formed and in place. If you're having a boy, his genitals are noticeable now, but he may hide them from you during an ultrasound.

How your baby's growing:

Your baby's skeleton is changing from soft cartilage to bone, and the umbilical cord — her lifeline to the placenta — is growing stronger and thicker. Your baby weighs 5 ounces now (about as much as a turnip), and she's around 5 inches long from head to bottom. She can move her joints, and her sweat glands are starting to develop.

Happy Mother's Day!

If mothers were flowers, I’d pick you,
Just because all the special things you do.
Mama you brighten my days so much.
You were there to teach and guide.
Mama, you stayed right by my side. love your laugh, smile and touch

Giving me the strength I need,
You forever encouraged me to succeed.
Patiently wiped away all my tears,
Mama, you calmly eased away all my fears.
You always went the extra mile,
Just to see me happily smile.
There are hundreds of stars, bees, and butterflies,
But you are a one in a million mama.
So I thank you and love you,
Therefore I will never place anything or anyone above you.

Journey back to memory lanes...

- during primary school years..i always being scolded by mama when she wanted to teach me the school subjects at home..mase tu dia garang gile! if i can't answer the correct answer, dia tonjol2 kepal aku ni + her high pitch voice!if i still didn't get the correct answer, dia akan marah aku dgn teruknya sampai aku give up n nangis gile2.hehehhe aku pun merajukla sembunyi bawah ampaian kain...just hoping that she will find me n comfort me..n she did it! heheheh i can feel her loves beb!

- mase tu hari report kad...n i anxiously waiting what the teacher told mama bout my reputation in school..n that moment i knew that mama will scold me like hell coz i did very badly in maths subject mase tu darjah satu...Ntah ape kene dgn aku pun aku x taula..yg campur jadi tolak n vice versa..:) tapi yg peliknya mama didn't scold me at all, in fact she taught me the correct method n answers! huhuh she is damn superwoman yg begitu sabar mengajar aku!

- when she drives car, if she stops the car abruptly, she will outstrecthed her arm placing across my chest just to make sure that i won't tercampak ke depan n hit the mirror. she still does that until now! I can feel her protection towards me n her carings..

- the best damn thing bout mama is she will fullfill all my needs just to make me happy..mase form 5,I felt i really can't do Add Maths subject for SPM paper..so i decided to drop the paper..n when i told her i taught kene marah..but instead she called the principal n told her that i won't sit for the exam..so damn easy!now my burden released..hehehhe

I really love, inspired n impressed with herself...if she falls sick, she will diagnose herself n referred herself to specialist to undergo spinal surgery as she had severe back pain last time..even my dad afraid to do just that! n now she suffered heart problems but not serious..I always pray for ur happiness n health till the end..muahsss mama!

How your baby's growing:
Get ready for a growth spurt. In the next few weeks, your baby will double his weight and add inches to his length. Right now, he's about the size of an avocado: 4 1/2 inches long (head to rump) and 3 1/2 ounces. His legs are much more developed, his head is more erect than it has been, and his eyes have moved closer to the front of his head. His ears are close to their final position, too. The patterning of his scalp has begun, though his locks aren't recognizable yet. He's even started growing toenails. And there's a lot happening inside as well. For example, his heart is now pumping about 25 quarts of blood each day, and this amount will continue to increase as your baby continues to develop.

Safety and Health training

Semlm aku attend course safety and health..basically its all about occupational hazards at workplace n healthy working environment..so bile sampai topic stress management, according to research done 'sesiapa yg mengalami stress di tempat kerja, mereka sebenarnya gagal dalam kerjaya mereka' huh tensen jek dengar...
ade 2 personality kategory org yg stress di tempat kerja ni:

1) org yg begitu bercita2 tinggi, very positive n determine in her work, tapi bile ade certain task yg x dpt nak buat dia x dpt nak control her anger n stress..& kesimpulannya dia lepaskan kemarahannya kt org lain

2) org yg dapat terima stress n able to control her emotion while working n able to find the solutions to the problem

so the speaker announced la my department for the first time in history able achived target revenue 100k last month!sbb ni target baru from our General Manager to aim 100k every month! tapi akula yg stress!!!!! bos relax jek xpyh susah keje..mestila bos happy punya! kuli yg merana :((

How your baby's growing:
Your growing baby now measures about 4 inches long, crown to rump, and weighs in at about 2 1/2 ounces (about the size of an apple). She's busy moving amniotic fluid through her nose and upper respiratory tract, which helps the primitive air sacs in her lungs begin to develop. Her legs are growing longer than her arms now, and she can move all of her joints and limbs. Although her eyelids are still fused shut, she can sense light. If you shine a flashlight at your tummy, for instance, she's likely to move away from the beam. There's not much for your baby to taste at this point, but she is forming taste buds. Finally, if you have an ultrasound this week, you may be able to find out whether your baby's a boy or a girl! (Don't be too disappointed if it remains a mystery, though. Nailing down your baby's sex depends on the clarity of the picture and on your baby's position. He or she may be modestly curled up or turned in such a way as to "hide the goods.")
